Q: With very few re-enlistments, increasingly few volunteers for the armed forces, and almost all of the reservists and National Guard already overseas, where are the additional troops the President proposes to send to Iraq to come from?
A: Mr. Licht, you first heard it here. I won't say how we did it, but we obtained a Defense Department recruiting poster which is to be made public next month by which the President proposes to use to solve the problem. Here it is:
