Accenture's New Tiger Woods Ad to Emphasize Sex

NEW YORK, 2009-12-04 — Accenture, the business consulting company, has released a new ad campaign to capitalize on Tiger Woods' new image. The consulting firm believes that business executives will be turned on by their aggressive pitch to act like the new Tiger Woods.

A spokesman for Accenture’s ad agency, Young & Rubicam, said that many business executives, especially male ones, think about sex during the day at least as much as Tiger Woods does.

“They just don’t get to act on it like Tiger does,” said the Y&R spokesperson.

“Once Tiger is back playing tournaments,” he said, “we think the TV ratings will skyrocket. Men and women will tune in to watch Tiger in action and, when he goes into a crouch to line up a put, they will think of our ad, think of sex, and think of Accenture.

“If we can condition people to think of Accenture every time they think of sex, we’ve got it made.”
