Supreme Court Rules There Cannot be a Nativity Scene at the Capitol Building

WASHINGTON, D.C., 2010-12-20 — The Supreme Court has ruled that there cannot be a Nativity Scene at the Capitol Building this Christmas season. This isn't for any religious reason. They simply have not been able to find three wise men in Washington.
